If I get chosen I can’t wait to head into the Mandarin for the first time and experience the luxury of such a high class production. Being able to taste different flavors of Boston would be a honor.

I would LOVE to see what chefs Diana Kudajarova and Tse Wei Lim of Journeyman in Somerville come up with. My sister and boyfriend surprised me with a 7-course meal there and it was absolutely fantastic, a night to remember. Their restaurant is quite small and intimate, and you can tell that the chefs paid special attention to every last detail of each course. They do incredibly innovative and exquisitely delicious things!
