Richard Chudy is a professionally-trained chef who co-owns a personal chef and catering business in Boston called The Skinny Beet. He has cooked for Ashley Judd and Henry Louis Gates, among others. He hates the term “foodie,” but embraces the fact that he is a food snob. He is a purist when it comes to burgers—keep it simple, season it properly and he’ll be happy. Easier said than done. He is available to answer all your cooking questions and needs.
Richard also writes the column Man Food for Boston Magazine and burger musings for The Weekly Dig. His work has also been featured in The Boston Globe, Public Radio Kitchen, The Callie Crossley Show and Eater Boston. Boston Burger Blog was ranked the 5th best burger blog in the country in 2012 by savings.com.
