Richard Chudy is a professionally trained chef who runs a successful personal chef and catering business in Boston. He hates the term "foodie," but embraces the fact that he is a food snob. He is a purist when it comes to burgers, keep it simple, season it properly and he'll be happy. Easier said than done. He is available to answer all cooking questions and needs.
Nick DiSciscio, no slouch of his own when it comes to food, fancies himself as a master of the local take-out scene.
He is strongly opinionated about his food, prefers the West-Coast style burger and will stop at nothing to find the best. He resides in Waltham with the love his life, Hunter (his beloved dog), and he loves pub trivia. (although few can actually recall a time when he knew a correct answer) Nick is a true savant of all things cheeseburger, a burger historian if you will, and knows more about the topic than most people do about anything else.
